participates in a lot of activities, some charitable and some for
fun.
Fall 2011 Running Clinic:
The Pioneer Valley Women's Running Club is accepting applications for the Fall 2011 Walk to Run Clinic which begins - Tuesday, September 6th from 5:30 - 6:30 PM in Springfield. The nine week program is open to all area women over 18 yrs. of age.
The clinic consists of mentors who will work with women who are interested in running as a form of exercise and healthy lifestyle. Participants must be able to WALK BRISKLY a minimum of 30 minutes without stopping and be in good physical health.
The PVWRC supplies the mentors to motivate participants as well as illustrate warm-up and stretching exercises prior to the clinic start.
