The cost to attend is $20.00 per person.
This will cover your meal and soft drink. Any alcoholic beverages will be extra. Guests are always welcome - bring them along

Walk to Run Clinic

The Pioneer Valley Women's Running Club is accepting applications for the Spring 2010 PVWRC Running Clinic which begins - Monday, April 19th from 5:30 - 6:30 PM in Springfield . The eight week program is open to all area women over 18 yrs. of age.
The clinic consists of mentors who will work with area women who are interested in running as a form of exercise and healthy lifestyle. Participants must be able to walk BRISKLY for a minimum of 30 minutes without stopping and be in good physical health. The PVWRC supplies mentors to motivate participants as well as offer a warm-up and stretching exercises prior to the clinic start.
