The 2023 PVWRC Spring Clinic is back with Certified Personal Trainer Kristin Su!

The Walk-to-Run Clinic will run Mondays, 6-7pm in Forest Park, Springfield. We will follow a C25K program led by Kristin.  Cost for the Clinic is $75.00 and includes a year-long membership.
